Bonuses have expiry dates – if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are cancelled. The minimum stake on most Cricex markets is Rs 50. Some markets, particularly live in-play markets, may have slightly higher minimums. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and your account tier – VIP members generally have access to higher maximum stakes. Stakes are always denominated in PKR.
If a cricket match or other event is cancelled, abandoned, or does not complete within the scheduled timeframe, bets are typically voided and stakes returned to your Cricex PKR balance. Specific rules depend on the market type – for example, some PSL markets are settled on the Duckworth-Lewis method if a rain interruption occurs. Account Security
Use a strong, unique password (8+ characters with letters and numbers). Never share your login credentials with anyone – Cricex support will never ask for your password. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from Account Settings if available. Log out after every session on shared devices. Review your transaction history regularly and report anything suspicious to support@cricex-win.com immediately.
Change your password immediately from Account Settings. Then contact support@cricex-win.com with "SECURITY" in the subject line. Include your username, a description of what you noticed (unusual bets, transactions, login from an unknown location), and the approximate time it occurred. The support team operates 24/7 and will investigate, suspend the account if necessary, and work with you to restore secure access.
Genuine Cricex communications come from @cricex-win.com email addresses only. Cricex support will never ask for your password, PIN, or full payment card details through any channel. If you receive a suspicious message asking for sensitive information, do not respond and forward it to support@cricex-win.com so Cricex's security team can investigate and warn other members if needed.
Responsible Gaming
Log in and go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Lower limits take effect immediately. Increasing or removing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the change activates – this is intentional. You can also set loss limits and session time limits from the same menu.
Self-exclusion is available from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. You can choose a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, your account is immediately suspended and cannot be accessed, deposited into, or used for betting. Marketing communications stop. The minimum period cannot be shortened – requests to reverse an exclusion before it expires will be declined. Permanent exclusion closes the account with balance returned to your payment method.
Yes. The cooling-off feature lets you pause your Cricex account for 1, 7, 14, or 30 days without closing it. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in or place bets, but your account and balance are preserved. When the period ends you can return as normal. This is different from self-exclusion, which has a longer minimum period and a formal reinstatement process.
